Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order jewelry is crafted specifically for you. Because of this, returns are not accepted for made-to-order pieces. If there is an issue with quality or workmanship, please email me at krystal@silverborders.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. I will review your concern and advise on next steps.Ready-to-Ship Items
For jewelry that is already made (ready-to-ship), refunds are accepted if you contact me within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be returned unworn, in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product price and taxes only.
