Each piece begins as solid copper, then passes through a rolling mill with a mountain scene texture plate to emboss the rugged beauty of the landscape across the surface. The design is then cut into a bear shape, measuring approximately 3” long by 1.5” wide.
 
After shaping, each ornament is flame painted to bring out stunning natural colors in the copper—ranging from soft golds to deep purples and blues—and finished with a light sealant to preserve the hues and protect the surface.
