 Chain Length Customization
 
If you would like the chain length adjusted, please note your preferred length in the section provided before checkout. I’m happy to accommodate adjustments when possible to ensure the piece fits you just right.
 
Made to Order Items
 
At Silver Borders, I take pride in our unique collection of handcrafted pieces that are specially Made to Order, just for you. I put my heart and soul into each creation, ensuring that every item is one-of-a-kind and reflects my commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
 
As each piece is custom-made, please allow me 10  business days to bring it to life. Once the creation process is complete, I will ship your package with care, and it should arrive within 2 to 5 days. However, if you find yourself in need of the item sooner, do not hesitate to contact me at krystal@silverborders.com before placing your order. I will do my utmost to accommodate your needs and ensure that you receive your bespoke piece in a timely manner.
 
Processing & Shipping
 
If your selected piece is already made and ready to ship, it will be processed and shipped within two business days.
 
Items that are made to order will be clearly marked with a “Made to Order” banner on the product photo. These pieces require additional time for creation before shipment. (See Made to Order Section)
 
All orders are shipped via USPS and include signature confirmation and insurance. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
 
These shipping methods are in place to ensure your piece arrives safely and to protect both you and my business.
 
 
Return Information
 
All pieces are handcrafted and made with intention. Because of the handmade nature of my work and the scale of my small business, I do not offer refunds.
 
However, I truly care about your experience. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery, and I will do my best to work with you. In some cases, an exchange may be possible.
